With over 30 years of experience Javier Figueroa is a nationally recognized expert in real estate transactions, negotiation principles and real estate contract administration. His areas of expertise include pre-acquisition, property entitlements, development, project management and process resolution. Mr. Figueroa experience includes tenure with the Washington State Parks & Recreation as the Lands Program Manager, as the Executive VP for Rockmann Development Group, as a Senior Real Estate Appraiser for Security Pacific Bank, Commercial Real Estate Agent for Com-Ind Realty and as a independent Real Estate Consultant and Appraiser. Javier is a certified Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau and is Council member for the City of University Place. He has served in various volunteer capacities in Pierce County, e.g. The Grand Cinema Theater, Court Appointed Special Advocate for Pierce County Juvenile Court. Lecturer/consultant for the British Columbia Asset and Land Corporation/Transportation and Financing Authority. He is a Vietnam Veteran with roots in Pierce County since 1976.
